Whether you’re holding stress, navigating a transition, or simply seeking clarity, this session invites your body to speak—and to heal—through movement, breath, and stillness.
Somatic breathwork coaching can be used as an adjunct to ongoing therapy—deepening your integration work—or as a standalone modality for those seeking a body-based approach to healing.
